Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification checks. Bonus balances not yet converted to withdrawable funds are forfeited upon account closure.

10. Intellectual Property
